Are you a dedicated, forward-thinking People professional with a passion for driving business performance and colleague engagement? We’re partnering with a well-established, people-focused organisation seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to help deliver its people strategy and business plan. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner with colleagues across the organisation to deliver exceptional people outcomes. You’ll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, enhancing culture, building capability, and ensuring an outstanding colleague experience. You will also play a key part in developing new processes and systems across the People function.

The Opportunity

  • Build trusted relationships across the business to provide respected and effective People & Culture support
  • Coach and advise managers to embed a people agenda that drives performance and engagement
  • Champion a high-performance culture, identifying and developing talent
  • Challenge cultures and behaviours to align with organisational values
  • Use internal and external data to inform and improve people management
  • Ensure fair and effective policies and practices, maintaining compliance
  • Support workforce planning to enable growth and operational effectiveness
  • Lead on inclusive recruitment and effective talent acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Previous HR Officer/Advisor experience ideally gained in a multi-site or complex environment
  • Strong employee relations management skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills to produce high-quality people data and insights
  • Experience with restructures, cultural change, and workforce transformation
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • A commercially aware, collaborative, and adaptable approach
