RWR Recuritment are now recuriting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growingorganisation with headquarters based in Llantrisant.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will;
- Be experienced in surveying refurbishment and repair projects,
- Manage costs and contracts
- Ability to liaise with project teams and clients.
- Coordianting projects from the initial planning stages, through to project completion, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
- Analyse costs, prepare estimates, and manage contracts
The role offers:
- Salary of up to 55k DOE

- Site visits are required but main location will be Llantrisant Head Office
