Overview:

My client is looking for a skilled and proactive Apprenticeship Standards and Compliance Officer to take the lead on all administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in maintaining the high-quality delivery of their apprenticeship programmes.

Experience:
路Proven experience supporting Apprenticeship programmes, with a strong understanding of End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes
路Solid background in Quality Assurance and/or working within a Management Information Systems (MIS) function
路Demonstrated success in administrative roles, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
路Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
路A clear understanding of safeguarding practices relating to young people and vulnerable adults

Day to Day Responsibilities:
路Take responsibility to ensure all apprentices are fully compliant including but not limited to; sign up/new start paperwork, off the job training hours, monthly monitoring etc
路Administer the sign up or new apprentices, preparing paperwork for staff
路Act as the senior administrator of Smart Assessor working with the performance manager and assessors to ensure this system retains comprehensive and up to date data on apprentice activity and progress
路To working with the MIS and Finance to ensure back-office functions are delivered and fees are collected timely
路To support the registration of apprentices for end point assessment with the EPAO
路Send out confirmation packs to students and employers
路Prepare, send and receive completed Apprenticeship Service agreements from new employers.
