Facilities Administrator
Location: Newport
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time) 7am-4pm (Monday to Thursday) 7am - 1pm (Friday)

Project Overview:
Our client are in the process of implementing a new Maintenance Management System (MMS) to streamline and centralise maintenance tracking across their facility. The Facilities Administrator will play a key role in the onboarding phase — supporting the import, validation, and organisation of all existing maintenance data into the new platform.
This is a detail-oriented, systems-focused role ideal for someone who is methodical, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in structured environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Facilities and Maintenance teams to gather, format, and cleanse existing maintenance tracking data.
• Assist in the data import process into the new MMS once the system is in place.
• Validate data accuracy, flag discrepancies, and support data migration testing.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders during system onboarding.
• Help document processes and create user-friendly guides for ongoing data input and system usage.
• Support general facilities administration tasks as needed during the system transition.
Person Specification
• Strong administrative background, ideally within facilities or property services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data handling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with MMS or similar digital platforms is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
