We are one of the world’s leading brands in the consumer networking and electronics markets. Due to growth, we require a Retail Account Manager to support the UK Retail Sales team based in Reading.

 

About you: We are looking for an experienced Retail Account Manager to manage some of the key retail customers my clients have across the UK. They include (url removed), QVC, Scan Computers, Fraser Group and Harvey Norman.

You’ll manage this retail partner based by proactively nurturing the relationship and developing new business opportunities.

 

 

In Addition, you’ll be responsible for: -

  1. Achieve pre-set sales revenue targets by managing and developing existing assigned accounts.
  2. Define and manage the Retail channel efficiently by identifying potential business opportunities.
  3. Work closely with marketing team to advocate the product features/performance/relevant attributes.
  4. Promote company products through trade shows, retail conferences, webcasts, demo days to further strengthen our brand awareness in UK.
  5. Improve company branding integration and awareness of products functionality attributes and range positioning within the customers.
  6. Develop a general understanding of the competitive marketplace within Networking and be able to address cross-category comparisons between the company products and competitors.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Retail Account Manager

 

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and driven individual who has a couple of years retail account management or channel account manager experience within the IT channel ( IT Vendor, IT Distributor, IT Reseller).

You’ll know how to nurture and grow an existing customer base, and how to proactively work the account to gain further business.

Knowledge of either IT hardware, Networking, smart home devices or Consumer electronics is desired.
