About the role
We are seeking a Senior Artist with a strong creative eye and proven ability to deliver high fidelity cinematic content in Unreal Engine. You will be hands on with the tools, producing visually striking drone-style flythroughs, CG animations and real time sequences that showcase large scale environments at their best.

This is not a management or director role. You will work independently and with autonomy, driving the creative quality of projects while collaborating with junior and mid-weight artists who will support you. The focus is on craft, polish and delivering content that looks exceptional.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality cinematics, flythroughs and CG animations in Unreal Engine
  • Work hands on in Sequencer and other Unreal cinematic tools
  • Apply strong creative judgement in camera work, lighting, composition and storytelling
  • Collaborate with environment artists, designers and technical teams to push visual fidelity
  • Provide feedback and inspiration to junior and mid-level artists without formal line management

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high quality cinematics or flythroughs created in Unreal Engine
  • Excellent eye for composition, lighting and cinematic techniques
  • Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine Sequencer and real time cinematic workflows
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight, bringing creative ideas to life
  • Comfortable working onsite in London three days per week

Nice to have

  • Experience with environment visualisation across games, VFX, or experiential project
  • Familiarity with tools such as Maya, Blender or After Effects
  • Background in cinematography or film techniques
