Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial coffee machines at client sites, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent performance.
Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and related equipment.

Diagnose and resolve technical faults on-site efficiently.

Conduct installation and commissioning of new coffee machines.

Provide excellent customer service and support, advising clients on machine operation and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in servicing coffee machines or similar commercial kitchen equipment.

Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
