London + 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri

In this role, as a Maintenance Engineer you will carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance for a range of building maintenance such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm interfaces and control systems. Additionally, you will need to support with wider building services such as basic mechanical, basic plumbing and HVAC tasks.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical building maintenance, with a level 3 in Electrical Installation or similar as well as the 18th Edition for Wiring regulations and preferable a Test and Inspection qualification. You will also require a UK driving license and preferable multi-trade skills.
