Are you a passionate and driven leader looking to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Park Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while supporting the overall success of the park.

What You’ll Do:

?? Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and guest engagement

?? Support the Deputy and Park Manager in driving team performance and park operations

?? Take ownership of KPIs, financial performance, and cost control

?? Ensure compliance with health & safety, F&B, and brand standards

?? Oversee and deliver successful events, activities, and parties

?? Be a visible and hands-on leader, inspiring and coaching your team

What We’re Looking For:

? 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or events

? Strong financial acumen, including KPI management and cost control

? Experience managing and coaching large teams

? Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance

? Excellent customer service and engagement skills

? Experience working with SEN children and diverse customer needs

? Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency

? IOSH, First Aid, or alcohol license (desirable)
