General Manager - Salary: £90,000 to £100,000 + Bonus

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-profile, fast-paced environment.

- Lead and inspire a team to deliver impeccable service and authentic Japanese dining experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellence in hospitality.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance, optimizing revenue and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, industry professionals, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Drive innovation in guest experiences, menu development, and service excellence.

- A seasoned hospitality professional with at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations in a luxury, high-volume restaurant.
- Passionate about Japanese cuisine and culture, with an understanding of authentic hospitality standards.
- Proven track record of financial acumen, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Charismatic, guest-focused, and able to build a loyal clientele.
- Experience in large volume and high-end dining is a must.
