About the Role:
A busy, high-performing restaurant in the heart of London is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and take the business to the next level.
This is a hands-on role where youll oversee day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive both sales and culture. Youll have the autonomy to run the venue as if it were your own, backed by a strong senior leadership and head office team across finance, people, and marketing.
