Seor Ceviche are looking for a talented General Manager with a passion for exciting food.

Seor Ceviche is a Nikkei Peruvian restaurant and Pisco bar based in the heart of Soho, London and we showcase Peru's diverse flavours and cooking techniques which make Peruvian cuisine the ultimate fusion food.

We are looking for a friendly, genuine, and hardworking hospitality professional, passionate about great food, drinks, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for financial management are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:Motivate, train, and develop a diverse team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, quality standards, and efficient service delivery.
  • Guest Relations:Create an environment where guests feel welcome, valued, and eager to return.
  • Drinks Expertise:Manage our cocktail and wine offerings, ensuring a high standard of quality, keeping up with industry trends, and offering recommendations to guests.
  • Manage high-volume operations:Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, especially during peak hours.
  • Table Service:Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional table service to create a welcoming environment for guests dining in.
  • Financial and Compliance Management:Maintain profitability by overseeing budgets, stock levels, and payroll. Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, H&S regulations, and local council guidelines.
  • Health & Safety:Uphold the highest standards of health and safety across the restaurant, from staff training to risk assessments and hygiene protocols.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Experience:Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, ideally within a similar environment.
  • Leadership:Proven ability to lead a team under pressure and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proactive & Guest-Focused:A hands-on, can-do attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Table Service Skills:Proven experience in managing table service operations in a busy setting, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Passion for Cocktails & Wine:A genuine interest in cocktails, beers, wines, and crafting unique beverage experiences.
  • Financial Acumen:Strong understanding of managing restaurant finances, including stock control, P&L, and budgeting.
  • Compliance & H&S Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of UK licensing laws, H&S regulations, and industry standards.
