Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the team at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a globally recognised property known for its elegance, service excellence, and world-class guest experiences.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and financial performance of the hotel. You will champion guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations including Rooms Division, F&B, Spa, and Events
  • Lead a team of senior department heads to deliver exceptional guest service
