We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Operations Manager to take the reins at this beautiful and historic property in South East London.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and experienced hospitality professional with a strong food & beverage background to elevate guest experiences, lead a passionate team, and drive commercial success in a beautifully curated setting.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

?? Operational Excellence

  • Lead and oversee all departments with a focus on improving standards, consistency, and attention to detail

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations, with a strong focus on food & beverage service

?? Guest Experience Leadership

  • Champion a guest-first culture throughout the property

  • Deliver warm, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression

?? Team Development & Leadership

  • Inspire and manage a diverse and talented team across multiple departments

  • Foster a supportive, high-performance environment that encourages growth and accountability

?? Commercial & Financial Acumen

  • Take ownership of P&L performance, revenue optimisation, and cost control

  • Collaborate on sales strategies and implement initiatives that drive profitability

?? Standards & Compliance

  • Set and maintain exceptional standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For in a Hotel Operations Manager:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, ideally within food and beverage led Hotel or events venue

  • Strong background in food & beverage, with a passion for quality and innovation

  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences

  • Commercially savvy, with a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business development
