We are looking for a Junior Restaurant Manager and for our client a Private Members Club based in Central London.
Based between Hyde Park Corner and Piccadilly the club is a bastion of timeless elegance and British tradition.
The ideal Junior Restaurant Manager will have previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress or Assistant Manager.
The Junior Restaurant Manager must have a knowledge and experience of Pos / Cash register (Point of sale) and able to use the PC (personal computer)
The Junior Restaurant Manager role is for an immediate start, straight shifts, 40 working hours per week over 5 days and the working shifts are:
Breakfast 6:30-15:00
Lunch 12:00-20:30
Dinner 14:30-23:00
The Junior Restaurant Manager will receive:
Salary up to £33,000 per year
40 working hours per week and over 5 days
Straight shifts
Closed Bank holidays
Off between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas
Meals on duty
