A leading UK charity is seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join the close-knit finance team. This role is ideal for a actively studying part-qualified accountant with experience in producing management accounts and working with non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
Support monthly forecasting and management reporting

Partner with senior managers to analyse and improve financial performance

Liaise with internal teams and external partners on income and expenditure matters

Ensure accurate payroll and balance sheet reconciliations

Contribute to budgeting and process improvements

Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software

Comfortable working both independently and in a team
