The role is based in central London , it will be fully in the office during probation and then 1 day WFH after .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets for monthly management accounts.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
  • Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support monthly and yearly financial close processes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.
  • Process purchase invoices and maintain supplier records (Accounts Payable).
  • Raise sales invoices and chase outstanding debts (Accounts Receivable).
  • Support the outsourced payroll function.
