This is a rare and urgent opportunity to work side-by-side with outgoing Partners for a comprehensive handover, laying the foundations for a seamless transition and long-term success.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a portfolio with a 70/30 audit to accounts/tax split

Acting as the key relationship lead for a diverse range of clients (turnovers up to £50M)

Working with UK subsidiaries of international groups and across sectors including tech, property, hospitality, and manufacturing

Reporting under FRS102 (some IFRS exposure), using Xero, MyWorkpapers, and Inflo

Developing new business and mentoring a growing team
What We're Looking For:

Ideally ACA qualified (ACCA also considered)

Eligible for RI status or already an RI

Commercially sharp with a client-first mindset

Ready to shape the future of a practice - not just maintain the status quo
