Role Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of audit services across a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, including owner-managed businesses and groups
- Acting as the primary relationship lead for high-value clients, offering expert insight and a solutions-focused approach
- Overseeing complex audits from planning through to final sign-off, ensuring technical quality and compliance
- Managing, developing, and mentoring a high-performing audit team, encouraging best practices and continuous learning
- Collaborating with fellow directors and partners on firm-wide strategy, resource planning, and operational improvements
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth across the wider practice

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in audit leadership roles
- Deep technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex audit engagements and lead audit teams
- Excellent communicator with a confident, consultative approach to client relationships
- A strategic thinker who is commercially aware and focused on long-term growth
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking firm and is keen to take on ownership at the highest level
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
