Candidate requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit
- Proven track record of managing audit portfolios and leading high-performing teams
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and audit standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Strategic thinker ready to play an active role in firm leadership and development
- £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
