- Work across a variety of sectors with a strong pipeline of mandates in tech, health, and financial services.
- Collaborate with multilingual colleagues and international offices across key jurisdictions.

- Play an integral role in advising both institutional investors and entrepreneurial growth companies.
- Have 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law at a recognised UK or international firm.
- Have experience advising on private M&A, joint ventures, and/or equity capital markets transactions.
- Demonstrate an international mindset, with the ability to manage cross-border issues effectively.
- Be comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing deal processes.
- Foreign language skills and/or experience advising clients in emerging markets would be an asset but are not required.
