Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior - CMT Team

Location: London Office, (Central London)

Salary: Up to £60,000!

Are you a dynamic Corporation Tax Specialist looking to join a growing, dedicated team that can offer potential exposure to Creative, Media & Technology sectors? This isn't just about crunching numbers - it's about empowering innovative businesses to thrive through strategic tax expertise.

The Role:

You'll work with exciting clients at the cutting edge of creativity and innovation, providing expert corporation tax services that make a real difference to their bottom line. From compliance to creative tax planning, you'll help businesses navigate complex tax landscapes while maximizing opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Manage corporation tax compliance for diverse clients, from startups to established groups
  • Be the point of contact with HMRC, confidently handling queries and building relationships
  • Develop advisory skills in specialized areas including:
    • Research and development tax relief
    • Strategic group tax planning
    • Venture capital tax reliefs (EIS/SEIS)
    • Share schemes and valuations
  • Prepare tax sections for due diligence reports
  • Complete EMI and EIS/SEIS documentation
  • Assist with billing and portfolio management

The Ideal Candidate:

Professional Qualifications -

  • Qualified/Nearly Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/CA or equivalent) with corporation tax experience
  • Or ATT qualified with relevant corporation tax experience
  • Previous portfolio management experience beneficial but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Alphatax advantageous but training provided
