Key responsibilities include leading month-end close processes, managing fixed assets, and supporting audits.
The successful candidate will also act as a subject matter expert for Oracle GL and have direct line management responsibility for one staff member.

Role & responsibilities

Lead month-end close processes, including sub ledger and general ledger activities.
Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and FX revaluations.
Produce balance sheet reconciliations and support audits.
Maintain chart of accounts and system exchange rates.
Oversee GRNI reviews and contribute to process improvements.
Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle GL and support junior team members.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance and the wider organisation
Direct line management responsibility for one staff member in finance

Requirements

ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
Experience of working in a large, global company
Financial accounting and general ledger experience
Use of Oracle systems
Detail focused and adaptable
