Job Title: Financial & Management Accountant - PE-Backed SaaS
We are a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business in the search of a Financial and Management Accountant to join our team. Make a real impact in a dynamic role!
Financial and Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting: Manage Xero records, month-end close, VAT returns, and audits.

Accounts Payable: Own the process and collaborate with suppliers and teams.

Revenue & Reconciliation: Review revenue accounts and track key SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).

Management Accounts: Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.

Forecasting & Budgeting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies across finance operations.

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
What You Bring:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong accounting background.

SaaS or PE-backed company experience is a plus.

Expertise with revenue preferred.

Strong analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Base Salary is £55,000-£60,000k plus equity
