My client, a leading Telecoms company, is recruiting for a qualified Financial Controller to support their government projects. This role focuses on driving transformational change across accounting, budgeting, invoicing, compliance, and reporting processes, as well as supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvements, including automation and streamlining of data handling.
- Identify and implement enhancements in financial data, processes, controls, and systems.
- Support the finance team with tasks related to compliance, reporting, and financial operations.
- Ensure financial integrity through effective policy and process changes.
Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Financial Controls, Compliance, Reporting, and Financial Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and data processes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience transforming financial processes, particularly in reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, confident, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
