Candidate Profile
As Financial Controller, you will give mentorship to the finance team and provide training to improve the finance culture in the hotel. With a busy workload, all controls and processes must be regularly reviewed and enforced. This position will have overall responsibility for the day to day finances of the business, whilst supporting the Owners, Managing Company and Executive team with clear, precise and accurate management reporting.
You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
