Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance and variances.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Profile

A successful FP&A professional should have:

• Graduate in Accounting and Finance (or similar) with a strong academic background
• Previous experience in Accounting desirable via Placement Year or Internships
• Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• A commitment to pursuing professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
