Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance and variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Profile
A successful FP&A professional should have:
- Graduate in Accounting and Finance (or similar) with a strong academic background
- Previous experience in Accounting desirable via Placement Year or Internships
- Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- A commitment to pursuing professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
