Radley Green is partnering with a global, PE-backed business recently acquired by a private equity firm. The company is building out its group reporting function, systems, and team, and is seeking a senior finance professional to lead this transformation.

This interim-to-perm role offers a rare opportunity to shape the finance structure of a high-growth, PE-backed organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a Group reporting function, systems, processes and teams
  • Lead financial reporting under IFRS, ensuring high-quality quarterly and annual results.
  • Own group policies, intercompany accounting, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee balance sheet and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy and robust regional review processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong internal control environment.
  • Provide technical accounting leadership and act as a key finance contact across the business and board.
  • Manage group audit to timely, issue-free completion.
  • Lead and coach the central finance team and shared service operations.
  • Enhance and optimise the group consolidation and reporting system.
  • Support M&A, restructuring, and corporate development activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • ACA (or equivalent), ideally trained in a top-tier firm or blue-chip environment.
  • 10+ years’ experience, ideally as Group FC in a listed or PE-backed global business.
  • Deep IFRS and consolidation expertise.
  • Proven experience building a Group Finance function in a complex environment.
  • Strong communicator with Board-level gravitas.
  • Track record in fast-paced, high-growth and/or PE environments.
