We’re seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to step into a key leadership role during a period of transition and change.
You’ll take the reins at a critical point - overseeing the final stages of the annual audit, leading the AP/AR function, and managing the rollout of a new finance system, all while supporting a team through organisational restructure.
Key Priorities-
Lead completion of the annual accounts and external audit, ensuring smooth handover and continuity.

Manage a finance systems upgrade project (6-month duration) - working closely with a dedicated project manager.

Oversee payments, accounts payable and receivable, supporting and guiding a small team.

Follow up on audit recommendations, ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Strong financial control, reporting, and audit experience.

Proven ability to manage people, projects, and deadlines under pressure.

Confident leading through change and supporting systems upgrades.

Available to start at short notice.
