We are seeking a talented Management Accountant with commercial experience and a strong background in audit or accounting practice with the ability to model and analyse financial and commercial data. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to our senior management team, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive the growth of our business.

Responsibilities
Financial and Management Reporting:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow) per GAAP or IFRS standards.
- Support in the preparation of timely year end accounts and liaise with external auditors for submission and filing.
Financial Planning and Cash Flow Forecasting:
- Create accurate and detailed cash flow forecasts and management reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Analyse cash flow data to identify trends and patterns and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Develop robust financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Data Analysis and Modelling:
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, simplify and maintain financial models to support various business scenarios and analyses.
- Analyse trends and anomalies, ensuring model accuracy through testing.
- Use data visualisations to present insights clearly.
Internal Controls and Audit:
- Implement internal control systems for asset protection and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and data management practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field preferred.
- Chartered or Certified Accountancy qualified or part-qualified.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, cashflow forecasting and financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and auditing standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with NetSuite accounting software desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
