Duties
For Letting management:
- Update accounts receivable
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Process and follow up on invoices and late payments
Corporate card management:
- Assist with internal compliance documentation
- Process and follow up on receipts
- Cross check and ensure the spending adheres to company policies
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- With some relevant work experience will be preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
