Artists, Tours, RoyaltiesSalary: £25,000 – £28,000 + full study support  Are you in the early stages of your accounting journey and looking for a role that’s more than just numbers?This is a rare opportunity to join a boutique music and entertainment consultancy with deep roots in the live music world. From global tours and festival acts to exciting new artists, the clients here are the names behind the scenes – and the ones on stage.You’ll be joining the tour accounts team, working on everything from royalty statements and VAT returns to preparing tour accounts and tracking international payments. You’ll be supported by qualified accountants, all passionate about mentoring the next generation. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing bookkeeping and payments for a portfolio of music clients
  • Supporting with credit control, cash flow, and weekly payment runs
  • Helping to prepare VAT returns and royalty analysis
  • Assisting with commission tracking and tour account reconciliations
  • Getting hands-on exposure to the commercial side of music finance
What They’re Looking For:
  • 3–12 months’ accounting experience (practice or industry)
  • Someone working towards ACCA / ACA / AAT (or planning to start soon)
  • A self-starter with solid Excel skills and a strong attention to detail
  • An interest in music, entertainment, or artist/tour management
  • Eager to grow and progress in a fast-moving, supportive environment
