As an M&A Tax Associate Director you will advise UK and International clients on transactions tax and wider M&A Tax issues as well as completing the due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. The day to day role will also have a person aspect whether that be as a Manager or a coach, there will be an expectation to share and help with their development.
What do you need?
The successful candidate does not need to be an M&A Tax specialist at the moment but has to have a strong corporate tax background with some experience of M&A tax. As such this role is perfect for someone within Corporate Tax who is looking for the chance to specialise in M&A Tax at a market leading team.
The role is also set up for someone who has a strong M&A Tax background with particular experience in:

- Structuring an acquisition
- IMR Advisory
- Private Market Funds
