Michael Page are partnering with a well-regarded Property Asset Manager to assist them in hiring a Management Accountant for their Central London based team.

Description

Key responsibilities of this Management Accountant role in the Financial Services sector in London:

  • Group reporting: assist with the reporting to investors and the corporate group as well as with the preparation of management board reports, including business plans.
  • Accounting: review monthly and annual financial statements with great accuracy - in compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS and IFRS) - and assist with annual and half-year forecasts.
  • Liquidity management: support and prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor project budgets, inform investment and development teams about target and actual figures and calculate monthly calls for funds and distributions.
  • All-rounder in finance, accounting, controlling

Profile

The Ideal candidate for this Management Accountant role in the Financial Services sector in London:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • 2 + years post qualified experience, outside of practice
  • experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • experience in balance sheet accounting, group accounting, controlling
  • proficient in the preparation of reports, forecasts and financial analyses
