  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and reporting
  • Lead and improve processes across invoicing, payroll, compliance, and reporting
  • Gain exposure to statutory audit, corporate tax, and investment decisions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Review and manage payroll, VAT, PAYE, NI, and other statutory returns
  • Oversee intercompany transactions and cash flow processes
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, credit control, and payment cycles
  • Manage external audit relationships and prepare year-end financial statements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and treasury investment proposals
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across finance operations
What You’ll Need:
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong management accounting and statutory reporting background
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern finance systems
  • Confidence working with complex financial models and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
