- Work closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and reporting
- Lead and improve processes across invoicing, payroll, compliance, and reporting
- Gain exposure to statutory audit, corporate tax, and investment decisions
- Be part of a supportive, development-focused finance team
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and manage payroll, VAT, PAYE, NI, and other statutory returns
- Oversee intercompany transactions and cash flow processes
- Ensure accurate invoicing, credit control, and payment cycles
- Manage external audit relationships and prepare year-end financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and treasury investment proposals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across finance operations
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong management accounting and statutory reporting background
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern finance systems
- Confidence working with complex financial models and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
