This is a great opportunity to join a leading production company at the heart of the creative industry as a Management Accountant. You’ll be a key part of a small, collaborative finance team—owning month-end, supporting commercial reporting, and getting exposure to exciting projects seen by millions.This role is offered on a 4/1 basis with 4 days being office based. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business during an exciting time of growth. Key Responsibilities• Prepare monthly management accounts, supporting commentary and variance analysis• Month-end journal posting and bookkeeping• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting• Support payroll processes and reporting• Oversee royalty statements and IP revenue/cost tracking• Help manage company credit cards and prepaid card spend• Liaise with external providers, customers, suppliers and HMRC when needed• Identify and improve existing accounting processesKey Skills & Experience• Part-qualified or actively studying (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)• Solid experience in management accounting and payroll support• Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Sage or similar)• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business• High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills• Experience in TV production or the wider creative space is a bonus#LI-CC1
