Hybrid (3 Days in City of London)Sector:Technology / Commercial Real Estate

Cedar have partnered with a dynamic and growing tech business in the commercial real estate sector (£20m turnover business) who are looking for a Management Accountant with solid revenue accounting experience to join their finance team.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful Management Accountant will play a key role in month-end reporting across multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts for global entities
Manage intercompany recharges and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset registers
Revenue Accounting
Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and VAT/sales tax submissions

Requirements:

Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Proven experience in revenue accounting
Strong Excel skills
Experience with IFRS (including ROU assets) and NetSuite is a bonus
Background in real estate, SaaS, or managed services is desirable
