We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the growing team at a highly respected and expanding organisation within tprivate healthcare sector. .

As part of the central support office based in Egham, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded company experiencing significant growth, offering you a dynamic environment and long-term career potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete month-end procedures including balance sheet and nominal ledger journals (accruals, prepayments, agency, deposit reconciliation)

  • Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) with commentary, within strict deadlines

  • Perform monthly variance analysis against budget and actuals

  • Assist with external audits and corporate tax compliance

  • Support the budget process across the group’s companies

  • Develop strong working relationships with on-site Finance Administrators, including occasional travel

  • Participate in the ongoing review and monitoring of internal controls

  • Support additional finance department tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site or group structure (essential)

  • Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Effective leadership and the ability to work independently

  • High proficiency in Excel and general IT skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-focused with strong technical accounting capabilities

  • A proactive mindset and intellectual curiosity

  • Experience with Netsuite is advantageous but not essential
