This Management Accountant role offers a perfect fit for a Part-Qualified accountant who knows their stuff and wants to play a real part in a fast-paced, buzzy scale-up.The RoleSitting at the heart of the finance team, you’ll take ownership of monthly management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and group-level reporting. You’ll also be driving ERP optimisation and helping to evolve reporting frameworks across the group. Ideal for a self-starter who loves solving problems and thrives in a vibrant, non-corporate environment.What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and review monthly statutory management accounts (FRS 102)
  • Handle month-end close: fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and inventory
  • Lead on group intercompany matrix, reconciliation, and transaction posting
  • Drive ERP improvements across reporting and finance systems
  • Prepare statutory financials and support year-end audit processes
  • Build and document robust internal controls for the finance team
About You
  • ACCA/CIMA PQ with 4+ years in a similar role
  • Confident with intercompany and group-level finance
  • Experience owning or being the main contact for audit
  • Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail
  • Natural problem solver with a self-starting mindset
  • Passionate about or highly interested in the fashion industry
  • Experience in multi-site or retail environments a plus
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited to improve what already works
