Description
The responsibilities of the Operations Officer include:

Processing and monitoring domestic and international payments, including SWIFT MT1xx, MT2xx, and ISO20022 message formats.

Managing payment queues, handling enquiries, and resolving case-related issues including returned or held funds.

Maintaining and updating team procedures and participate in risk control assessments.

Producing regular management reports on payment status and STP performance.

Conducting UAT for system projects such as ISO20022 migration and e-banking enhancements.

Providing cover across other banking functions and liaise with Head Office on testing and deployment.
Profile
The ideal Operations Officer candidate will have significant experience in international payments and central clearing operations, with strong knowledge of intra-day credit monitoring and case handling. Proficiency in MS Office and SWIFT systems is essential, as is fluency in Mandarin. They must be detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
