We are seeking a diligent and innovative R&D Tax professional at all levels to join an established R&D Tax specialist firm. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing research tax claims and providing strategic tax advice to a variety of clients.

Description

  • Manage and prepare R&D tax credit claims for clients across diverse sectors.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business and identify qualifying R&D projects.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client service.
  • Ensure compliance with all R&D tax credit claim processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Profile

A successful R&D Tax professional should have:

  • Proven experience in managing R&D tax credit claims.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation.
  • A degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
  • A customer-focused approach, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
