Role responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns
  • Overseeing corporation and personal tax compliance, including reviewing tax returns
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, offering guidance and building long-term relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work
  • Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies to resolve queries and ensure compliance
  • Contributing to internal process improvements and helping shape team best practices

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with strong post-qualification experience in practice
