Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a dynamic and growing private real estate investment business to help them find a Senior Finance Business Partner. The company has enjoyed growth over the last few years and are well backed for further expansion.

Responsibilities will include

  • Investment Reporting

o Review income/expenditure reporting and providing updated forecasts to the business

oCashflow analysis across projects and funds (inc. input on capital call requirements)

o Assist with Fund quarter end reporting

  • Debt Management

o Projecting reporting compliance

o Fulfilling reporting requirements

o Liaising with external parties (Lenders, lawyers, administrators)

  • SPV Accounting

o Responsible for annual Financial Statements and quarterly management accounts across given portfolios

o Ensuring tax compliance and companies house (including VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, capital allowances)

o Oversee audit processes

  • External stakeholder management (banking relationships, property managers, administrators, operating companies)
  • Business Partnering with the commercial business and acting as their main point of contact on all finance matters
  • Line management within the finance function

The ideal candidate will be a finalist or qualified accountant with a demonstrable track record within the real estate asset management/fund sector. You will have excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, the ability to challenge and be challenged and a growth mindset.
