What you'll be doing:

  • Full ownership of monthly management accounts and variance analysis across multiple entities
  • Supporting group budgeting, forecasting and strategic scenario planning
  • Preparing consolidated reports as the US operation launches
  • Overseeing revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments and capex reporting
  • Business partnering across the group to support operational and commercial decisions
  • Driving improvements in reporting, processes and systems
  • Acting as a key liaison with external advisors and auditors
  • Delivering insight on ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

What we're looking for:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Strong post-qualification experience, ideally in media, tech or high-growth businesses
  • Proven track record of independently preparing management accounts
  • Experience with international or multi-entity reporting and consolidations
  • Confident with Excel and finance systems
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset - you'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust culture
  • A collaborative communicator who enjoys solving problems as part of a team
