I'm working with a fast-growing Alternative Investment team at a leading global advisory firm to hire a Senior Manager in London.

This team advises top-tier Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, with a strong pipeline of work and a clear path to Directorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical tax advice to asset managers and funds, including transaction and structuring support.
  • Manage corporate and partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Oversee investor reporting and client portfolios, delivering high-quality service.
  • Collaborate across tax, financial services, and international teams to develop new opportunities.
  • Lead business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing a client portfolio.
  • Strong tax technical skills with an interest in financial services.
  • Experience in working with Private Equity and Venture Capital is highly desired.
  • Experience in corporate and/or partnership tax compliance.
  • Proven leadership in project management and client service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
