A challenging opportunity has arisen for a CTA qualified tax professional with extensive tax experience to fulfil your potential within this dynamic and forward -thinking medium sized practice as a Tax Director or Tax Partner.The firm is well-established and serves a broad range of owner businesses across a multitude of sectors and includes clients with turnovers up to £250 million.The role itself is extremely diverse, managing a tax team and handling a mix of personal and corporate tax work compliance and advisory work. In addition, you will support the firm's quest for growth and developing the team.Key Responsibilities:*Manage client relationships and expectations.*Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including company reorganizations, share schemes, property transfers, M&A, and more.*Lead team training, appraisals, and recruitment.*Respond to HMRC enquiries and ensure compliance risk is effectively managed.*Work with partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver special projects.Ideally, you will possess the following attributes and qualifications: *CTA qualification with a minimum of 10 years' PQE.*Extensive knowledge of UK tax legislation and proven advisory experience.*Exceptional client service skills and strong communication abilities.*IT proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting software.*Leadership experience in managing teams and driving results.In return, you will receive the opportunity to undertake this hugely exciting role working within modern offices in a professional and collaborative environment and to take your career to the next level.
