Role Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-level tax advisory services across a diverse client portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate groups
- Manage complex personal and corporate tax planning matters, including CGT, IHT, structuring, and international tax issues
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, offering strategic insights and bespoke tax solutions
- Collaborate with the wider leadership team to shape and execute the firm’s growth plans
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to a skilled and growing tax team
- Drive business development and contribute to expanding the firm’s tax service offering
- Ensure high standards of compliance, risk management, and client care

Candidate Requirements
- CTA-qualified (ACA/ACCA also welcomed) with significant experience in a senior tax advisory role
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Strong technical expertise across personal and corporate tax
- Commercially minded, with proven business development success
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with high-profile clients
- Strategic thinker who’s ready to play a key role in the firm’s future direction
