Role responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of complex tax advisory services, including restructuring, succession planning and share schemes
  • Managing and developing long-standing client relationships across a diverse portfolio
  • Providing technical support and guidance on a wide range of personal and corporate tax matters
  • Leading and mentoring the tax team, supporting development and performance at all levels
  • Contributing to firm-wide strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement
  • Representing the firm externally through networking, business development and thought leadership
  • Ensuring high standards of technical accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction across the department

Candidate requirements

  • CTA qualified or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience in tax advisory
  • Strong technical expertise in personal, corporate and/or international tax
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams within a practice environment
  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on client relationships and business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the wider growth of the firm
