Role Responsibilities- Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landlords, and non-resident individuals
- Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
- Handle HMRC enquiries and advise clients on personal tax planning opportunities
- Support Partners on advisory projects relating to capital gains tax, inheritance tax, residence and domicile issues, and trust matters
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing proactive support and building long-lasting relationships
- Stay informed on legislation changes and contribute to the development of best practices within the tax team
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and support their growth

Candidate Requirements- ATT, CTA, or ACCA/ACA qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Experience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
- Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, CGT, and IHT matters
- Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines independently
- A team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to continuous improvement
- £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
