Location: Fully remote ?? Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per weekThe Role:As a Tax Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring UK tax compliance and reporting for designated entities. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth financial operations of the business, and you’ll be a key player in supporting the Group Tax Team.Key Responsibilities:? Assist with tax accounting and reporting for group entities ? Prepare corporate and deferred tax calculations, including statutory disclosures ? Compile corporate tax computations using Alphatax ? File UK corporation tax returns and related forms ? Support the integration of newly acquired UK companiesWho We’re Looking For:We're seeking an experienced tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have: ? UK Tax and/or Accountancy qualifications (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) ? Strong experience with tax compliance and reporting systems, preferably Alphatax ? Hands-on experience with UK statutory tax accounting and tax provisions ? Proven ability to manage UK tax computations and compliance efficiently ? A collaborative approach with a team-player mindset and solid work ethic??
